Cartel para la celebración del Corpus Christi de Yepes (Toledo)
Este cartel ha sido creado con motivo de la festividad del Corpus Christi en la localidad toledana de Yepes, una de las celebraciones religiosas y culturales más importantes del municipio. Declarada Fiesta de Interés Turístico Regional, el Corpus Christi de Yepes destaca por su riqueza patrimonial, su solemnidad y la profunda implicación de sus vecinos, que decoran las calles con tapices florales y alfombras vegetales en honor al Santísimo Sacramento.
El cartel representa algunos de los elementos más tradicionales de esta festividad, como los bastones de palma que acompañan las procesiones, y el romero, tomillo y trigo que se esparcen sobre el suelo junto a la palma, formando un tapiz aromático y simbólico que embellece el recorrido procesional.
El estilo visual del cartel se inspira en los relieves barrocos, evocando así la majestuosidad de la Colegiata de San Benito Abad, joya arquitectónica de Yepes y punto central de las celebraciones. La obra está realizada íntegramente en lápiz de color, técnica que resalta el detalle y la textura de cada elemento, aportando calidez y profundidad al conjunto.
Este cartel no solo anuncia la festividad, sino que rinde homenaje a una tradición viva, profundamente arraigada en la identidad de Yepes.

This is one of the most significant religious and cultural celebrations in the area, declared a Festival of Regional Tourist Interest. Corpus Christi in Yepes is renowned for its historical heritage, solemn atmosphere, and the active participation of its residents, who adorn the streets with floral carpets and plant-based decorations in honor of the Blessed Sacrament.
The poster features some of the most traditional elements of the celebration, such as palm staffs used in the processions, along with wheat, rosemary, and thyme, which are scattered on the ground alongside the palm branches to create a fragrant and symbolic carpet along the route.
The visual style of the poster is inspired by Baroque reliefs, echoing the grandeur of the Collegiate Church of San Benito Abad, a central landmark in Yepes and the heart of the festivities.
